The RAD2 Records Access Documentation Grants are closing soon. Applications need to be in by 5pm (AEST) on Sunday 20 November 2016.

The RAD2 Grants offer financial support to eligible organisations for projects that will help Care Leavers and relevant Support Services find and access records created by non-government past providers of “care” from the 1920s to the 1980s. Successful organisations will be funded for projects that: demonstrate value for Care Leavers seeking access to records that are important to them; document those important records; and share information back to the Find and Connect Web Resource.

It’s not too late to get your application together – the online application process is quick and simple. Have a look at the Guidelines here.

RAD2 Grants are available for projects, big or small. The Previous successful applicants page provides examples of the projects that were funded by the first round of grants.
