Check below to find out when the service in your state or territory is open – if you contact a support services and they are closed, your calls to 1800 16 11 09 will go to an answering machine, and your calls and emails will be responded to when the offices re-open in the new year.

Relationships Australia Canberra and Region will close on 5pm Friday 20 December 2019, and re-open on Monday 6 January 2020
New South Wales
Wattle Place – Find & Connect NSW will close at 5pm on 24 December and reopen on Thursday 2nd January.
Northern Territory
Brolga Place – Relationships Australia NT will be closed from Friday 20 December and reopen on Thursday 2 January.
Queensland
Lotus Place – Find & Connect QLD will be closed from 1pm on December 24 and will reopen on Friday 27 December. They will also be closed on Wednesday 1 January

South Australia
Elm Place will be closed from 3.30pm Tuesday 24 December, and will re-open on Thursday 2 January 2019.
Tasmania
Relationships Australia – Hobart and Launceston offices of Relationships AUS are closing on Tuesday 24 December at noon, re-opening on Thursday 2 January, 2020.
Victoria
Open Place will be closed 3pm Tuesday 24 December until 9am Friday 27 December; and then closed 3pm Tuesday 31 December opening again at 9am Thursday 2nd January.
Western Australia
Lanterns House will be closed from midday on Tuesday 24 December, and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2019.
